Using this real-time smart reporting page, Adjudication Coordinators are able to find all the information and data that they need to monitor and manage the operations. Each form can be downloaded as PDF or in Excel for further use (add to presentations, perform additional calculations etc.)
ALERTS
A summary of all pending operations by type:
• Events Never Submitted shows the number of events that have been loaded in the system (for more than X days) but not yet submitted for assessment;
• Events Pending Assessment shows the number of events submitted to the reviewers (for more than X days) not yet completely assessed;
• Requests for More Data shows the number of events for which one of the Adjudication Committee Members has requested more information (since more than X days) because the information in the Event Package is judged insufficient;
• Consensus Meeting Queue. This is the number of events for which there is a disagreement among Adjudication Reviewers and consequently are queued for the next Consensus Meeting.
TOTAL EVENTS (pie graph)
Displays a graphic representation of the number of events created in the eAdjudication system compared to the forecasted total number for the study;
EVENTS FORM TYPE (pie graph)
A graphical distribution of all events created in the eAdjudication system by pre-defined type (e.g., cardiac ischemic, cerebrovascular, death, etc.)
EVENT STATUS (Histogram)
A graphic representation of all events present in the eAdjudication system according to their current workflow Status;
MORE DATA EVENTS (#)
A complete list of all the Events waiting for more information available in the Event Package;
EVENTS FORM TYPE LIST (#)

PENDING EVENTS FOR EACH REVIEWER (Horizontal Histogram)
A graphical representation of the number of Events waiting for assessment through a Consensus Meeting session for each reviewer;
